The company is engaged in the development, manufacture, supply, and export of sandwich panels that are made from polyurethane foam. It was founded in 1989 and has its registered business office based in Cassa De La Selva, Spain. The company's products include cold storage, construction, steel faced insulating, and PIRM panels. Its products are used in various industrial applications, including warehouses, roofs, logistic centers, cold rooms, food manipulation centers, meat industry, and slaughter houses; business applications, such as offices, supermarkets, and exposition halls; public works applications, which include sport halls, schools, airports, hospitals, museums, and theatres; and residential and leisure applications that comprise hotels, housing, and refurbishment. It sells its products through a network of commercial agents and distributors in Spain and internationally. The company is a joint venture between Cassa SA and Uralita SA.
